Subject Area Tutoring

The Student Success Center, located in the Academic Center Building, offers free subject area tutoring to currently enrolled students at ASU and Chandler-Gilbert Community College at the Williams campus.  Students are tutored in small groups on a walk-in basis.  Our highly qualified tutors complete a training program certified by the College Reading and Learning Association.

Students find that tutoring helps them

• review key concepts from courses,

• learn new methods for notetaking and textbook reading,

• formulate questions to take back to professors about course material, and

• develop new study strategies.

For a successful tutoring session, students need to bring their books, notes, assignments, and calculators if applicable. 

Please note: Students must check in at the front desk and present their ASU IDs.
