Application Process 

 

To apply for Summer Bridge, complete the on-line application or download the printable application and mail to:

To be considered for Summer Bridge, students must: 

  • Submit an application for admission to the ASU Office of Undergraduate Admissions (including official high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores).

  • File a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with the ASU Office of Student Financial Assistance. This can be done online at http://students.asu.edu/financial-aid. MUST BE COMPLETED BY APRIL 1st.

  • Be fully admitted to ASU.

  • Upon admission, register for ASU New Student Orientation and complete the University Placement Exams. (Note: please plan to complete your placement exams by May 1, 2008). 

DEADLINE TO APPLY – April 4, 2008 (Priority Deadline).  Applications will be accepted through April 30th.

 

Selection Timeline

April 7 Completed applications reviewed by the Summer Bridge Selection Committee.
Mid-May Acceptance letters and confirmation forms mailed to selected participants.  Waiting list notifications mailed to selected alternates.
Late May Deadline to return confirmation form and program fees.
April 29 Selected alternates notified to fill all non-confirmed spots and vacancies
Early June Participation packets mailed to all confirmed participants. This will include required forms, a packing list, a map of campus and other pertinent information.
