Writing Center Staff

The Writing Center is staffed by undergraduate and graduate tutors and several student assistants. Our tutor education program is accredited by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA).

Dr. Jeanne Simpson, Interim Director.

Jeanne Simpson has 30 years of writing center experience. She was a founding member of the International Writing Centers Association (IWCA) and was its 3rd president. She is a recipient of the IWCA's Muriel Harris Outstanding Service Award, and she helped to establish the Writing Centers Research Project at the Unviersity of Louisville. She and the skilled tutors in the Writing Center will help you in all stages of your writing, providing these services to you in a friendly, convenient location.
